Sommelier
Susi Zivanovic loves wine almost as much as she loves her two sons, Zachary and Spencer. Born in Toronto, Canada, she attended the University of Kansas on a track scholarship and still holds the record for the 1,000 meter at that school. Despite having graduated with a degree in pre-med, her work hard, play hard ethic and passion led her to Paris and a career in food and wine. After traveling throughout France and Italy to learn about wine, she returned to the restaurant business in the U.S. She completed her Certified Level of Court of the Master Sommelier Guild in October, 2006 and aspires to reach the Master Sommelier level (only 96 currently in North America).
