  • Open Air Omelette
    Create your own omelette (ham, bacon, mushrooms, yellow and white cheese, jalapeños, diced peppers and onions)
  • Eggs Benedict
    Poached eggs served on top of grilled Canadian bacon and a toasted English muffin, topped with hollandaise sauce and served with whipped potatoes and Creole remoulade

    Two English muffins topped with pan-seared crab cakes, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce
