More than 30 years ago, Perry’s began as a modest meat market called Perry’s Butcher Shop and Deli. Bob Perry founded his business on the core philosophy of only serving the finest cuts of prime beef to our customers. And that very idea helped us enjoy a loyal, enthusiastic customer following that grew larger each year.
As our customer base grew, so did the family business with Bob’s son Chris Perry joining in 1986. One of his first orders of business was to expand the bustling deli into the adjacent empty space, introducing a full-service restaurant to meet the wishes of loyal clients who had come to rely on Perry’s for their in-home dining. The restaurant was an instant success. And through the years, we added more popular locations to meet the growing demand.
Today, Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille is known as one of the premier steakhouses in Texas. And our growth has been founded in the belief that great cuisine and great customers are the recipe for lasting success. Staying grounded to our roots, we continue to source and serve only the choicest cuts of hand-selected, USDA prime beef that is dry aged in house for 28 days to ensure a robust flavor and tenderness. It has worked for three decades. And we know it will satisfy for decades to come!
